There's clearly some other shit in your life that's causing you to lose self-confidence and self-esteem.

I've there with you in terms of having success previously and then getting out of a LTR losing that ability. What I found was that when I met my LTR, I was plating women and had other stuff going on and was optimistic about the future and where my direction was heading.

Then I broke it off with my LTR, my dog died, and my job has been going down the toilet (no raise, shitty bonus, no prospects of a light at the end of the tunnel career-wise, etc.) so I needed to get out of my career rut which then spilled over into other areas of my life.

So figure out what's causing you to not feel like you're being honest with yourself, if it's career related, family, friends, something else. You have to have high self-worth which if you were like me and in a job I didn't enjoy (still here lol but taking steps to move on) then women will pick up on that
