AMS is that guy he changed the game and no one wants to admit it! His strategies worked for me i'm pulling 9's and 10's now

He has no clue what he's talking about. In this video (https://youtu.be/g8DlUtISSKA) he says: "If you see someone that says, 'I know how to approach women and get women with my approach, they full of shit because if that was true that mean that they could fuck every woman in the world, but they can't. You know why they can't, because every woman in the world is not gonna be attracted to them.'

He is claiming that if you say you can get dates through cold approach that you are a liar because not every woman is going to be attracted to you. That's literally what he's saying. It's a classic example of the strawman fallacy.

I've never heard any PUA say they could approach any woman and sleep with her, only that they can do so with a certain percentage of the women they approach.

But AMS is suggesting that there is no in-between: you can either attract all women or no women through cold approach, it's an absurd argument.

Later, he contradicts that first argument and goes on to say that it's a numbers game and that the women you approach either like you or don't like you and what you do or say is totally irrelevant.

The degree to which your personality creates attraction is definitely debatable, but even if it were completely a numbers game, infield videos would still show you how to lead things forward when the girl does like you - so even if his claim is true, it doesn't invalidate cold approach or that it's a skill.

And that's assuming his first claim (attraction has nothing to do with your personality and is only based on looks) is true. But that's an example of the Dunning Kruger effect which is the phenomenon that when someone doesn't know much about a subject, they tend to overestimate themselves.

Social interactions are so complex, there are so many factors, it is impossible to know for certain how much attraction is based on looks versus personality versus status etc. If you were to sleep with hundreds of women you'll notice patterns, but even then it's just your best estimate, you don't know for 100% certain that it was your charismatic personality or your physique or whatever that made any particular woman choose to sleep with you.

So, when this guy claims that attraction has literally nothing to do with the way you interact with a woman indicates that he has a limited understanding of intersexual dynamics.

So, yeah, don't take this guy too seriously, his understanding of seduction is not based on an experiential or scientific understanding of human behavior, nor is it based on sound logic.

He's a charismatic guy, might be worth watching to get an understanding of what makes him compelling, but in terms of game?

He's an amateur pretending to be an expert.
