The key 🔑 is to have more fun with it bro and not think at all about the results. All of us started somewhere and all of us have had to adjust and readjust what we say to girls over the years and at the same time continuing to evolve as people like all of us do while we’re here. 1st bit of advice, don’t be so hard on yourself, you’re good, we’ve all been there. 2nd it’s still not as easy for me going up to a group of girls vs going up to a girl 1 on 1 but soon you will be going up to anyone you’re attracted to solo or in a group no problem. kinda long sorry... my story is very sad,growing up i never had to approach it was easy,but now it’s different i can’t talk to women .

So go find social events and groups to hang out with. There are groups on FB you can search out for your area. People post publicly about where and when they'll meet.

Just show up and chat with guys first if you're nervous about starting off with the girls.

If you stay focused on these thoughts of fear and how it's embarrassing, it will be impossible.

Instead, try focusing on everything going on around you. Do this ALL THE TIME, even when girls aren't around. Keep out of your own head. Focus on the world around you.
