Your solution is to deep down not give a shit, and to be as cocky and awesome as possible. Lead the group, make sure everyone looks up to you, learn to ignore the doubters. Polish your wit. Verbally attack people. Understand and employ shit tests. Be random. Agree and amplify. Or laugh. Or ignore. Or stare at him like he's a retard.
