Looks + game + occurences of you meeting Girls

Now, if you can :

get a nice haircut, i think you do
grow a beard, well trimmed
hit the gym and eat a loooot, put on muscle
pay attention to how you dress, you're young but a nice bottom-up with nice watch and jacket makes you manly

And work on your game

Look mate, if you're attracting guys, at least someone finds you hot right? It's not that girls find you unattractive, it's probably because men, particularly gay men are quite outgoing with their sexuality, I guarantee if abgay guys is commenting stuff like that, there'll be girls thinking it too.
