Hey guys, just dropping in with a quick question.

I know a 9 from one of my classes that met a couple days ago. I sit next to her so we always have a quick convo at the beginning of each class.

This week we quickly talked about how tired we were...it went something like

she: I'm so tired

Me:tell me about it...didnt sleep last night.

She: i got 10 hours...

Me: (slightly cutting her off) oh....dont complain.

She: oh...sassy....i dont like that.

i proceeded to let out a quiet laugh, and sit down as the professor started to talk.

Was that "sassy" line a shit test? Did i come off as just a dick or do well by ignoring the shit test?

If it helps to analyze this, After class i casually asked her if she was free the following day. She said she was working all day, which is a believable excuse, she works a lot. Could be a rejection though, idk. I responded with a casual "alright, see you later" and turned to my guy friend.
