Hey guys. I writing this here because I want your advices

So usually I go to my favourite place in my city which is a very very small shopping centre. I have been hanging here a lot mostly because I just chill and think about life. So I'm not in approach mode.

Anyway for two-three weeks. I saw this arabic woman. She caught my eye, but I didn't give here eye contact. This was the first time I'm seeing her here maybe because she just moved here. And I always see her with two little kids. One in baby carriage and the other one he walks but as I said they can't be over 5 years old

Anyway the second time I saw her was in the supermarket which is in the shopping centre. She glared at me but I looked at her and removed my eyes(It's just a reflex guys since I have social phobia). When I was done with shopping I saw her outside the shopping centre. She also glared hard when I came out. Couldn't sit beside her since there was an old woman sitting beside her. So I sat 5 meters facing her(the sits are like that). And beside me was a girl and a boy. The girl started flirting with me, I pussied out and didn't flirt back because I thought that was her boyfriend and she seemed a bit on drugs lol(funny thing I saw this girl a week later and I approached her she said "ah i remember you you were the one sitting there" and I got her phone number). Anyway the arabic woman left but gave me good eye contact.

The third time I saw her was when I was walking on the shopping centre. And I noticed her looking at me and I looked back and we glared at each other for like 10-15 seconds then she removed her eyes. I know I should have introduced myself here but fuc* my body just didn't respond to my commands

After that it went like 5-6 days and I didn't see her. And then she appeared but this time there was people with her but not a man just another woman and some kids around 18 years old. There was a girl sitting beside me on the bench who I don't know. So when I looked at the arabic woman I saw her looking at this young girl she was 16 or something

I saw her again this time I got some chances to talk to her since she was behind me on the line in the supermarket but yeah I missed

Today I saw her in the supermarket. She looked at me really hard. And I was checking some stuff in the supermarket I turned my head we got eye contact and I thought to myself I will wait for her outside the shopping centre because I know she takes that way and I usually sit there. I wanted to approach her but not good time she was with another people(woman, kids and two men). When I was sitting I was looking at my phone and looked up and looked at her and saw she was looking at me. I looked at her for like 4 seconds then she removed her eyes

Guys. Usually I don't wimp like that but I see myself my heart starts beating when I see her and as you can tell she is attracted to me. What do you advice me to Do? By the way she is always with this baby carriage and two kids. I think she is divorced
