We have read here multiple times how girls talk emotionally more than logically (I ll request to keep the discussion about the premise for later); I am looking for some resources (videos, books, posts here) which show with examples about how to do that. Like how to talk at the emotional level? Are they just talking about empathy?

For me talking emotionally is understanding what another person really want-- even when they are not talking/ asking those things. Really looking forward to how to level up on that.

Secondly, I am also looking for some material on flirting; It's not I don't flirt, I do. But there is no good feedback system (other than for me to asses the girls' reactions and that too depend upon tens of other things). So I am looking for something which discusses flirting and concepts related to that.
