Sigh. Me and this girl have been giving each other IOI for like the past few weeks at work, and our close encounters are usually random, and happen occasionally. One time she was exiting an elevator and I was walking towards it, we made brief eye contact but none of us said a thing and I kept walking.

Again today, out of nowhere (note: she doesn’t even work on my floor) she’s grabbing coffee, and we make awkward eye contact; I was so shocked that I just looked away. Then when she passes by me, I bump into her by accident and apologize, and she doesn’t even acknowledge it (acts like she didn’t hear me?).

How do I fix this?
