It's likely because:

a) You're not approaching enough

b) You don't believe you're worth it with the girls you really like

c) The girls you really like are way out of your league

Are you approaching 30 different girls a week? If so, your problem is not a), if you are not approaching 30 different girls a week or more, then you need to approach more girls before jumping to conclusions. If you're an advanced guy you don't need to approach this much, but then if you were advanced you wouldn't be posting this in the first place. Beginners and intermediates and anyone not getting results needs to take lots of actions. A lot of girls just won't be into you or won't want to hook up for whatever reason so you have to play the numbers game.

If the problem is b) then you will sabotage yourself. Your body language, tonality, words, behaviours will all show lack of confidence, no matter how hard you try to appear confident and relaxed, at some point you will come off as needy or low confident or insecure or whatever unattractive trait because subconsciously you want to get rejected. You HAVE to convince yourself you're worthy of the girls you're attracted to. You need to know the answer to "Why should she fuck and/or date me long term over the next guy? Why should she fuck and/or date me in a heartbeat?" If you don't have good, quick answers for that, then you need to make yourself a better man or you need to spend some time thinking of these answers.

If the problem is c) you need to make yourself more sexier. (I never tell guys to lower their standards, just raise yourself to suit your standards e.g if you're going after model girls, turn yourself into the male equivalent)

Because the ones you aren't into aren't that hot. That's why you don't care about them. Maybe you're better looking than them, thus they like you

The super hot ones are waiting to get hit on by someone in the NBA or something lol - so you can open and flirt etc etc, but you are never really on their radar
