So here’s a brief summary of my situation. I recently got my bachelors degree in environmental engineering But i work as a daily boat tour guide at the biggest travel agency of my area. So i meet a lot of people everyday therefore I meet a lot of women.

I know i do my job well and I’m better than my peers at almost everything(my native language, english, i do very few mistakes, i get shit done when it’s needed). For the looks, i think im ok. I’ve been described as handsome or cute to my friends by others a bunch of times since I started this job which is like 4 months ago. But despite that I’m not fucking confident enough.

And for the letting go part: I meet a woman every other day that shows certain iois. I talk to them for a bit, don’t flirt and tease very little and i lead very awkwardly(too harsh or too passive). I don’t ask numbers. I don’t try to set up dates. I don’t escalate.

How do i start doing those?
