Hi,

maybe you read the title and thought "but dude this is exactly what the game is about!".

Yeah I know. I've read many articles about flirting, teasing, push and pull, "don't be too nice", "make her feel special but be a challenge", etc.

But I feel like all of this applies when you're already involved in a "date" or an "exchange", some type of relation. How does this help with a girl who's not part of your life yet ?

So how do you handle approaching a complete stranger ?

Most girls I've hooked up with in highschool or college were girls who already knew me and were into me physically so I never had to bother about comfort and could just go for 100% tension. That's what I'm good at.

But it's kinda different when you approach someone out of the blue.

For the 20-25 yo women from my country (France), being approached by a stranger already seems to put them under a lot of pressure. If you add to that the fact that I'm 6 feet 3, have a deep voice and can pretty much say anything to anyone without blinking, I believe I may come across as intimidating.

And although most of women fantasize about being approached by a handsome stranger, the reality may be more like "Wait who is this guy ? Why is he hitting on me ? It's not like I'm Kendall Jenner or anything...am I so special ? Is he so special ? Uhhh...this is too much for me".

So yeah just like you can appreciate a horror movie because you're comfortably sitting on your sofa, you may think your life is boring watching a james bond movie or a girl may masturbate on fifty shades of grey while lying safely in her bed. You fantasize because you're in your zone of comfort but what happens when you're not ?

So how to deal with it ? Do you take a all-in bet ? Make her feel that her interaction with you is so special that it goes beyond the comfort norms and she should just let loose ?

But that kinda supposes that she's really into you physically, that she has a good self-esteem so she accepts you're into her physically (this is like the hardest part, some girls seem to honestly believe that if they're not a model then you can't be into them and you're just a liar and a player) and that you're not a stalker and won't hurt her if she tells you no.

On the other hand, if you try to set up comfort and you make it seem like it's totally normal that you approach her "Hey, I'm just a regular dude and you seem to be a regular girl, maybe we could go on a regular date like regular people do ?"

...well do people get turned on by what's normal ?

So what's your take on this ? Do you hope to get a date from a "warm-friendly" approach and then you'll make the tension escalate ? Do you go for an "adventurous" approach, hope she get lost in the moment and then you'll act more normally at the date to show her you're not a complete E.T. badboy ?

Long post, I wanted to give maximum details about how I see things so you could relate or not at all, any input will be appreciated, thanks !
