You should try convey the same flirty, teasing frame, that you do at a club on the date. You don't want to filter yourself too much because this will just show that you're trying to not "fuck it up" and she will see right through that and immediately be turned off.
The fact that she has agreed to a date with you, shows that she is somewhat interested, and not in a platonic way, so be yourself and whatever you have to say in your head, say it, and don't worry too much about getting too platonic.
Obviously there are different logistics that comes with dates that is different from a club, but a one to one interaction, shows that there is a level of interest on her behalf.

Yeah i understand that its just that i am afraid that if i talk about random stuff and not sexualize conversation i wont be able to escalate, i mean even if random conversation happens and it looks good i can still kiss her on the end of the date? I honestly like when there is sexual tension and then i can throw some cute line or something and then go for a kiss but if a conv is platonic then that isnt gonna happen

Don't worry too much about sexualizing the conversation, because, you won't be present in the moment, and that is as worse as not escalating.
Whenever you ask her a question, and she gives an answer, try tease her answer, instead of agreeing with her. Take risks. Don't be afraid to disagree (when necessary). All of that will get the sexual tension going, and once you build a rapport, making it sexualize will come natural and that's when you can escalate and move further,
