My ex of over two years messaged me after a month of no contact after declining her friendship offer. She texted me asking if I still wanted to giver her a chance after school is done in two weeks fast forward two weeks and I haven’t heard from her since that text so I asked her out and she agreed yesterday rolled around the night of our date and I asked her if we were still on since it was 6 pm and haven’t heard from her.

She texted me saying I didn’t know we had plans and I said I asked if you were free for Saturday night to get drinks to celebrate passing finals. She responded with I had a lot on my mind sorry. I then told her I don’t appreciate her canceling and being distant I’m very busy and don’t have time to blow. If your serious I need to know because you’ve canceled last minute 4 times. She then responded with sorry for wasting your time I didn’t intend too. I’ve been distant because I’ve had a lot on my mind My heads in the worst place it’s been. I’ve been alone for months I’ll be just fine take care.

Times gone by like almost a month and she started texting again but just small talk should i even bother? She said she wouldn’t mind a chance but it has to be slow and I said I agree let’s get together Saturday and talk about it. We have a date set up for sat but she says she wants a chance but acts so distant with one words or just emojis.
