I'm a 21M and I have been working with this 20F for three months now, but we've known each other for about a year. This summer we really got close and started hanging out more. But she got a boyfriend (3 years now). So I didnt' want to get too close to her and get attached but I did. (stupid) But I said who cares, I'll try to get her somehow or wait until she breaks up with her bf.

We hung out several times for whole night after work or after a get together with friends of ours. Last time when we were arranging our 'hang-out' after a cinema with our friends, she told me she wants us to go alone somewhere after a movie so our friends don't know about that. And we went and were together till 5am but I didn't try anything because of her bf. When we were at cinema, she told me she wants us to sit together. And we did, she started to smell me and said that I always smell good and likes my perfume.

I can sense tension between us when we look at each other, that eye contact. Also I used to catch her looking at me sometimes. We also flirt sometimes. She is dating on long distance so she said to me we will be getting together a lot this autumn/winter.

I just don't know what to do about her, cause it seems she isn't breaking up with her bf soon. I don't want to have my full focus on her cause also there are always other girls.
