Monk Mode?

Monk mode is in it's basic form not trying to get laid and focusing on yourself. The pro's are numerous including working on you body (lifting,eating right, sports etc) working on your mental (reading,learning an instrument, etc) Social standing (Going out meeting new people etc.) It's also a great way to get past the anger the comes with swallowing the pill. It's a good way to reevaluate your life into being who you truly want to be. That's the pro's now here is the con. You can get stuck in it. You start doing all these awesome things without the pressure of not trying to get laid and the idea pops in your head that life is better just like this and you become a MGTOW.

Monk mode is basically saying "fuck this shit, I'm going to go and focus on myself instead of chase pussy." It's the equivalent of going to the mountains to meditate, except the trip isn't a literal one, but a mental one. During monk mode, you train your body, you cultivate your social skills and connections and you focus on the things you need to do to better yourself. This is the time to learn new hobbies, skills or improve your job situation. This is the time to push yourself toward being the guy you picture in your head when you envision the best version of yourself. Exercise, eat healthy, read and learn. Don't be distracted by your habits, vices and indulgences - use the time to further your goals.
