Lloret de Mar is a good place if you just want to party en pickup girls everyday. With no effort you can score a 6/10 and if you're good at picking up girls you can score a 10/10. I went there a couple of years ago.

Go somewhere like magaluf, Santa ponsa, zante, It’s full of European teenagers who just finished school and go on a holiday. July and August are the peak times.
