The bad news: You're trying too hard, you're spending too much time comparing yourself to other people, and you're expecting other people to do the work for you. You're feeling horribly sorry for yourself, and you're making yourself desperate, which is going to be written all over your face if you keep it up.

The good news: YOU CAN CHANGE! How do you do it? Start. Hitting. The. Gym. Get off your butt, put finding a date to the side for a bit, and start a workout regimen. With that start eating. A lot. Get on Google, look for a caloric intake calculator for building muscle. Eat. Work out. Eat more. You'll become less skinny, more muscular. Oh, yeah, and the weight lifting will increase your testosterone levels. Testosterone is this magical hormone that men need to feel like men. You'll notice your confidence increasing from that alone.

Get out of your house. Go out to your local coffee shop and read a book once a week, just for the social exposure. Expose yourself to more public places. Make smalltalk with the cashier. "How's your day going?" is a great way to start a conversation. Approach a stranger and ask them if they know the time. Do this as an exercise in just getting comfortable making approaches and speaking to people. Start tanning if you're skin is too pale.

If you don't feel like you're good enough, then you need to start to put in the time, effort, and dedication to change yourself for the better; and you can do it. You need to prove to yourself how much you want to do it, and you can only do that by stopping feeling sorry for yourself and making it happen.

None of this is instantaneous. It takes time, persistence, and perseverance. Serious effort. But if you have time to sit on Reddit, you have time to log off and better yourself.

I believe in you; but you need to believe in yourself first.

Working on yourself physically and mentally first will bring you better results , more working out, more money, more reading , more focusing on goals , healthier habits , it’s all tied in , everything will fall into place once you improve yourself
