Adjusting the language you use every day to be more positive will have a huge impact in the long run.

During a Breakthrough session he says to me "You make this sound fun and easy. Like, you're just too positive and high energy and I know there's no way I can just be like that. I can't. That's just not me."

So I asked him to restructure that sentence to make it positive. I literally had to couch him through the sentence and I later explained this;

A lot of people have become really good at speaking, spreading and being negative. Their brain has become so efficient at this that you cant even finish a positive sentence or a suggestion (verbal or written) before they start building that wall of negativity "nah man,no way. i cant. its a lie. fake news. i tried that it doesn't work. its all bullshit"

Ask that person to speak in a more positive manner and they usually struggle to get or even find the words. You can actually see it on their face as they strain themselves and their brain trying to do this.

The lesson hear is as written about. It will take time and convincing (you have to believe what you're saying) but its not impossible. You have the unique ability to affect great change in your own life. Start with the words you use each day and see what happens.
