It happens, but it's not 'seduction'. Some (vast minority) women are into much younger guys. If you find one (who and she thinks you're handsome) then you get her

But you can't 'seduce' someone. Like - force attraction in them. She either thinks you're hot or she doesn't. Your job is to flirt and find out. If she's not interested, move on. You can't change her mind
