I had a date planned with a Girl I was talking to but I already knew that she wasn’t interested as she was hiding a “boyfriend” from me. It is now the day of the date and I’m not sure what to say or do.

You could actually go do something, and just tell her you'll be at such and such doing what ever and to meet you there. Then if she doesn't respond just enjoy your night.
