It’s likely she will be overwhelmed by birthday wishes today so it might not be a good day to grab her attention.
I would suggest wishing her a happy birthday then within the next few days or week, ask her what she did to celebrate. This could open up the opportunity to ask to buy her a drink to continue the celebration.
I’m the type of person who loves my birthday and wouldn’t mind celebrating all month long.
