I know, given the warm reception of my previous guide, I've to continue writing practical guides that can help you take MASSIVE action and achieve your goals. I know many of you are beginners. Therefore, I would share beginners' topics that can help you. Hopefully, these tips serve as a course-correction and for you guys to become high-value guys. Unfortunately, a lot of the free advice out is either too drawn out or lacking depth. Therefore, I'm confident that I can give you some of the best information out there.

This week's topic, we are going to continue with our discussion on How to Conquer fear. This second part is much more focused and optimistic less morbid than the previous thread. 

1-Understand that your goals are hard

Most people assume that they will quit their job to start a band and become millionaires. Most people don't understand that it takes consistency, effort, and years to succeed at something. Returning to Cold approach, I remember I would go out four or five times a week in downtown Colorado Springs with my wingman only to get a girl's phone number. It was a constant grind, but we kept going at it. One of my most memorable nights was when it started snowing, and I got fed up with going out. I thought, 'Fuck this it, its only one day." I stayed in cooking chicken noodle soup and watching The Challenge. I fell asleep, and I woke up by loudspeakers, I heard some moaning. My cute hallmate was getting banged in her room next door to mine.

"What am I doing with my life?"

I had an epiphany. I realized that hot girls were getting banged, and cool guys were doing the banging. The world would continue partying without me. I had to change to join the party. I put on my insulated jacket, my boots, called my uber, and immediately headed downtown. 

2-Accept that you'll do poorly at whatever you want to do and continue regardless

The fear of poor performance is holding you back. Imagine you are in college. You have to write a 20-page essay on the causes of the industrial revolution. While you assume that once you finish college and get a stable job, you can start approaching girls. This belief couldn't be far from the truth; once you finish college, you will have other excuses as to why you can't do it. The cycle will go on and on indefinitely. Instead, you start to go out there and make a sloppy approach and then let it be.

If you are thinking about the perfect approach or the ideal thing to say, the day will never come. Instead, do the best you can and continue to take it from there. 

3- Understand that your age doesn't matter

I know guys who are 21 and are having raw sex with hot Russian girls. Going to parties every day, smoking weed, and playing beer pong.

Meanwhile, I know guys who are older than me in their late 20's and who are wiped by their one girlfriend. They stay at home and barely have any friends. It doesn't matter if you are in high school, college, graduate school, or the workplace. What matters is that you are in control of your life. It is not your age what matters but your mindset!

Ask yourself: Am I living my life to the fullest? Or am I letting life pass me?

4-Know that your competition is out there ready to put it all on the line to succeed

"It's Either You or him!"

Someone is getting laid tonight. Either you will let your competition bang little Jenny, or you will do the banging. There is no middle ground. 

Only one can win. Only one person can get the girl and bang her. Most guys are too passive thinking about their move or about what people think about them. While you are thinking about your progress and watching porn, somebody is banging your dream girl raw. For instance, I would see the phone of my girlfriends Shatze and Crystal and guys were blowing up their phones, and they didn't care and respond.

Meanwhile, some of you guys aren't even going out or getting numbers. If you are not actively trying to succeed, then it's not going to happen.

5- Understand that nobody cares about you

This one's a hard one for most people to swallow. Most guys, especially the ones who live sheltered lifestyles with overprotective parents, don't have exposure to the real world. Guys like this assume that the world is always focused on them. For instance, they won't approach a girl for fear that they will land in the news! If you are a just a guy starting in a game or whatever endeavor most people don't care about you(Max had a good discussion on this topic). While society sees hot girls as valuable because of their youth. A man you have to earn his place in the world. People will value you once you start accomplishing success. The good news is that one's you do so you can keep it going for a long time since girls will always see you as high status. 

Conclusion
