This happens with girls who are internally ashamed that they slept with a guy too early in the relationship. On one hand, she is probably super stoked that she met you and and might be very attracted to you. On the other hand, every time she sees/hears from you she subconciously reminds herself that she went against her morals or that she is slutty for sleeping with you.

Speaking from experience, if a girl lives near me, and I intend to see her often either as a fuck buddy or perhaps even a friend or girlfriend, I would never sleep with them on the first encounter. Most girls are super super shameful about their "promiscuous" behavior. I know it sounds counter intuitive to game but perhaps if you had waited a few dates to fuck, she would feel more comfortable with her sense of self to see you again. If I was in your situation, I would have come to her house the 2nd time, made out/etc, and not fuck. Sounds crazy right? But my value in her eyes would fucking skyrocket as she would understand that I most likely have abundance thus not needing to capitalize at every moment to have sex with a hot girl.

In conclusion, save one night stands for girls that you meet on vacation or other cities where you know you have no intention of meeting the girl again if possible. It is in you best interest to take your time (reasonably) with local girls especially when their is high potential to meet again.
