TL;DR girl wants to know about my issues and relationships but is being evasive about herself. I stopped the convo when it got too uncomfortable and don’t know if I should restart.

Yesterday I exchanged numbers with my neighbour. She goes to college in some other state and is home right now due to quarantine. Today she texted me first asking me why I don’t join Instagram. I told her that I don’t like that platform and that I’d much rather spend my time on reddit. I asked her about what movies and tv shows she likes and she said she doesn’t like either of those two mediums. And I’m VERY interested in these things. So I figured, nothing much is gonna happen with this girl.

She again got around to me and started asking me about why I left my previous gf. At this point I got uncomfortable. She is starting to know too much about me and tells me nothing about herself. I just wrote down “I don’t wanna talk about her” and she replied “completely fine”.

I don’t know if I should restart the convo or just meet her tomorrow. I’m afraid it’ll be awkward the next time I see her if I just stop the texting here.
