Figure out if you are looking for a relationship or just a hook up.
"Horny" girls already have a list of man they would like to sleep with when quarantine ends. if you are not talking to a girl right now, start doing it and see what comes up.

Rn, a lot of girls are on tinder just looking to talk until quarantine lifts. I’d try and start there. That’s what I’ve been doing, and I have a few solid prospects, and a few who will probably flake but who knows
