What do you think are some good tips for casual relationship or hookup? I only have a few female friends and I never get matches on dating apps. I only get likes from girls that I don’t find attractive.

I'll give you a few tips for a casual relationship since I've gotten away from hookups:
Give her a solid sexual experience so she wants to continue seeing you casually. The more orgasms the better.
Be discreet.
Treat her well, like you would a friend.
Don't be upset if she pursues something more emotional with another guy. She may leave you for him, but if you're mature and wish her well, she just might come back to you when they break up.
No dates or spending the night. That's reserved for a girl you have feelings for aka an emotional relationship.
I never get matches on dating apps.
Dating apps require high quality pictures and putting in the numbers. If you're doing both of those things and still aren't getting matches, consider meeting girls in another way.

Great advice, but my question was more aimed towards a situational which you want to be casual with a girl you see that you’ve never talked to before. Ex: you meet a girl at the mall and she’s hot and you wanna start a casual relationships

Grab her number and setup the date.
If all goes well on the date, invite her over for date 2 and try to have sex.
Keep inviting her over for sex. Implement those tips above as needed.
Starting a casual relationship is the same as other types of relationships. You meet a girl, chat with her, and have sex when you're both feeling it. The difference is you don't involve feelings and keep it about just sex.
