Girl contacts me on a dating site, we go to Kik and set up a time to meet in a few days. Thirty minutes before meeting, she messages me with a good but somewhat unusual excuse. Later she asks when we could reschedule. I suggest a time but she doesn't respond. Okay whatever, next.

Two weeks later she contacts me on that site again with a different profile and username because I stopped checking Kik. I don't recognize her but she tells me we've talked before. We go to texting.

Me: It would be nice to see a better pic from you.

Her: [sends a clearer pic, and she is hot]Remember me now?

Me: Yes, I remember. Our plans were dashed by [earlier excuse]. Let's meet on Thursday at [place].

Her: [this and that about her schedule and free time], so I can meet after 3:30 for a couple of hours.

Me: Okay, Thursday at 3:30 at [place].

[On Thursday morning] Me: See you at 3:00. Me: Sorry, I meant 3:30.

Her: Did you get my message. I can't meet because of [pretty good excuse if true]. The universe isn't playing fair! Honestly school is done and I will have so much time it will be boring for me but awesome for anyone wanting to have a lot of attention! I get it if this is 3 strikes for you. [Sent after 3:00, I started driving already so I got stood up.]

Me: I didn't get any other message from you. Message me if you get your free time situation figured out, and we'll see then.

Her: I will message you!!! For sure!!!! I'm determined and I don't give up easily when I want something!

Question is: Should I take this at face value? What to do if she messages me again?
