Hello people,

As the title says I can't understand group dynamics, generally in groups I talk with everyone and show as much as value I can but sometimes girls still prefer silent guy who just talks with his friends and I can also say that they are not very good-looking. I mean sometimes some of them are very good- looking and I can understand that but when they are just average looking silent guy and some girls fall for them, I can't understand that.

What do you think about reasons for that and what can I do to improve myself?
