I know this is an unusual claim but I believe this and, for the record, am not trolling.
I'm a bi guy myself for full disclosure.
It's an intuitive connection between those three things, a connection that men in different cultures and times have noticed. This is why these words are used interchangeably.
It comes down to one thing, which is WEAKNESS. All three, gay, cuckold, beta, should be redefined as slightly different variations and intensities of weakness.
I believe sexuality is defined as dominant/submissive or active/passive. What matters is who's on top. Most cultures historically have had this distinction. FROM THIS POINT OF VIEW, the three things in the title are equivalent.
The modern Western swipple-type "male" is 99% of the time either a cuckold or beta (or both) when he's not "gay." All things come from the increasing effeminacy of life in the swipple areas.
TL;DR gay = cuckold = beta = forms of weakness/passivity/effeminacy
