What do you want from her? To hook up or relationship? You could just invite her to do stuff together or just to come over to your place. Seems pretty simple to me. But it seems like it’s leaning more towards hooking up, especially when you bring alcohol into the mix. You not inviting her to do things together is probably what she means by not making a move.
