I think you should decide what you want from here. If you want something more than just being friends then you should definitely ask her out and either make a move or at least not reject her move. If you want to stay just friends then basically do nothing. I understand hard to make a decision like this after a depression, but if you don't make one you'll just overthinking the whole thing and stress out yourself. Take a few moments, try to relax or anything what helps you think and figure out what you want at the first place.
