As for the last one, it is an answered question. There have been many posts on physical limitations over the years, including this one. No need to re-ask it.

Ask yourself this, "What was the point of even going if not to escalate to something physical?"

You might as well have gone on a date with your sister.

Always make a move unless it's obvious she's not into you and wants you to leave, then, in that case, politely check out and move on.
