I just recently graduated high school and I've spent the last 6 months internalizing RP philosophy and improving myself (working out, reading, hobbies) after a bad breakup (cheating). But before I head off to college I'm interested in implementing what I've learned on a classmate during the summer. We talked about hanging out over the summer but I've yet to make a move due to other responsibilities. Can I just ask her out of the blue? If so what are the best "first date" options to go to? She's the type of girl that gives off the "I don't have sex" vibe despite having been interested in black guys so Id like to see where I can go from there. Any advice?
