Totally agree with what OP said. Flattery is a great way to open as long as you don’t come across as thirsty. Show you are friendly and approachable while having self control.

Or you can just go straight forward and say hi when you see they are not preparing for the set, tell them why you came to her and if she is down for a drink this week because you do not have time rn (you are obviously training right?)
