This happens to me long ago, what i did was to approach her and ask if she could change the music of the gym, she ask me what type of music i wanted and then we start talking about our tastes in music. Hope it helps! Don’t forget to know her name before you leave, like an outro presentation and then proceed to workout.

Slow game. Especially if she is at a establishment you go to frequently. Build up the attraction over time with a innocent question here and there until you are just "falling for one another".

Though TBR I would not hit on the staff Id stay to the patrons/clientele as it is much more beneficial to have the staff on your side and like you instead of you trying to fuck one of the staff and them now looking at you with distain.
