what do you mean with too full?
generally i can say: SMILE :) but do it genuine, from within by thinking about something that brings you joy, don't give people that fake ass smile. Also, if you're shaking hands, rub them together a bit so they warm up. People with warm hands are perceived as warmer as people who give u a cold handshake
