Learn to demonstrate high-value in every aspect of your life and not just with women/men you are attracted to. The other aspects of your life are also what play a key role in shaping who you are. When you learn to break down situations, assess and display why you are top tier, that's when you truly are your most confident self.

I was willing to risk it all with this interview I managed to land after 6 months of unemployment. The last organization I worked for shut shop because of COVID. It was definitely a setback because I had floatation money but I also knew that would slowly be eaten away because of my debts. I was initially a little unsure how things would pan out because this was only the 2nd or 3rd interview call I got in all these months. Nonetheless, I hammer through the interview rounds and was fairly confident I might have the job when the HR called to offer me a package which was way below the industry average for the role and the exp I had. They probably assumed I wouldn't put up much off a fight considering I was unemployed. I asked them for some time, went back and researched on the average salary range for the same role in the same segment and got back to them explaining why I deserved more, the percentage difference (I think this def put them in place when they saw I highlighted that their package was 30% BELOW average industry standard) and then elaborated on my skills which were much more than what was required for the role. I threw them a salary range and told them this is what I am looking at. There was back and forth obviously but they took a day and guess what? They came back and told me they are willing to offer me just that.

I knew it was a gamble but I knew I would be miserable if had I not pushed back and put up an air that I don't give a fuck if you hire me or not. But this only worked because I demonstrated proactively through every step of the interview why I was worth it. Gals and lads, if you ever make it to the last round, always realize that there is wiggle room. More often than not, a number higher than you presume.

TL;DR: Demonstrate your high-value in every aspect of your life, from personal to professional because that is how you become a truly high value individual. By assessing your strengths, displaying them and learning to way away when you know you've given it your best.
