Yes, I know. The more sugar you add the sweeter it gets. But too much of anything becomes toxic for you. Most of us are Not here (in this sub or in on YouTube learning game) to improve ourselves and perhaps become a stronger version of ourselves, so we can ultimately respect ourselves. Perhaps that's the ideal reason to do this. But many - not all- of us are working too damn hard. Maybe you are in an LTR and don't want to mess it up this time. Maybe you're in the texting phase and don't want to be friend zoned for the 10th time. So you are ready to put in the effort this time. But let me tell you, maybe you're over thinking it. Don't let your monkey brain get you and go off tangents. It's mostly about what you don't allow yourself to do rather than you doing stuff (doing and escalating is also a part of it) but most of us over-do or do the wrong things. So, Take small steps. Give this a reasonable amount of time from your day. Don't be thinking about it all the time. More shall be given to those who already have, little by little you'll see changes and you'll feel better about yourself as a person. In this way you won't feel pressured to make it work. If it works, good. If it doesn't it doesn't take you to the underworld.
