I ended a 34 day streak a few days ago due to needing sexual release. I did watch porn the day I released (shouldn't have), but before then it was almost a month no porn and before then really not much. So basically in the past 3 months I've viewed porn maybe 3 times. I didn't expect to have sex 3 days later, and being somewhat drunk didn't help either. And yes I used condoms.

Yea last night made me realize a few things.

  1. Never rationalize your reason for masturbating to porn.
  2. No fucking porn
  3. Don't get too drunk if you're going to fuck (drains your energy so much faster.)

Learn from other men's experiences as much as you can. Then later in life if you run into a similar experience you will be prepaired. Who knows you might lose your virginity in 3 months and enter an LTR at which point all of this will be verry pertinent.

Dude you gotta try martial arts... I can't begin to explain how great it will make you feel. There is no reason to put this off... Go tomorrow! If you put it off you will just regret not starting earlier.

Look into Jiu-Jitsu classes in your area, then check their schedule for a No-Gi class. Going to war with people on the mat will give you so much confidence, meanwhile making you shredded with little effort.

It's like playing a real life video game that gets you cut up all over.
