I am not one to recommend a p2p network to access the PDF illegally, though if one were to recommend websites which host things such as backups of programs you already own, they'd probably say something like go to a torrent site, "like kat.ph" or that you should digitally backup pdf copies of a book after you do purchase a legitimate copy.
