just random blabla bs. the key to overcoming approach anxiety is assuming the mindset of either talking to your mum or to a random 70 year old woman.. in other words, dont have any expectations or assumptions of where it will go.

ps/edit: last time i went to the supermarket, i greeted the old cashier lady, asked her how she is with a genuine smile, she told me better, she was on sick leave for the last 3-4 weeks but its now better and she is finally back working again, i told her that i noticed she wasnt around, wished her good recovery and left.. just a small 1-2m exchange, no expectations, nothing, just practising smiling and smalltalking with random people, wishing them a great day :)

edit2: it aint much different with woman you wanna "seduce".. just my opinion though
