I need some advice on a situation I'm in with a co-worker. So, a while back, this girl from a different department at my company gave me her number without me even asking for it, knowing I have a gf. She said to text her if I want to hang out. I did not text her that day. We've had minimal interaction since then, just casual chats in the hallway or at company events.

Recently, I reached out to her just asked about a restaurant near our office, and she got really excited about it and suggested we grab lunch there together. She even suggested a specific date, and I later found out she's planning to come in on her day off just to have lunch with me. She also proposed going to a spinning class together afterward (which I told her I am not into lol).

Here's where it gets confusing for me: she's really attractive, but she's not typically my type, personality wise. I'm currently single and only looking for something casual, but I want to make sure I'm not misinterpreting her interest. I'm considering asking her to grab drinks alone to gauge where her intentions, but I'm not sure if that's the best approach.

Any advice on how to handle this situation tactfully and respectfully would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
