For fathers or anyone who wants kids, what does "privacy" look like for your kids?

If you don't want to watch the video, a mother found inappropriate conversations between a youth worker and her 10-year-old son. The way she found out was by going through her son's phone.

This shit is crazy and could be a topic alone on how we're preyed upon as boys and even barely-young adults, but I wondered how Black fathers parent while providing privacy to their children. Or is there no privacy until they become a legal adult? Because this mother may not have found anything out until much later if it wasn't for her going through her son's phone.
