It's hard to say. A lot of times if they are really into you, you only ever get to see what they let you see - what they think you want to see. In worst-case scenarios they sweep their crazy under the rug and hope you don't notice it until you are too emotionally invested to run away.

That being said, I think it will just take time and observation. Also, pay attention to her circle of friends. Are they all party girls? Does she only have guy friends? Does she not have any friends? If you are able to meet or observe her family, that can shed a lot of light on who she is as well.

But really, the only way you can tell what a person is made of is to see how they are under pressure. Do they fold? Do they step in and do what is necessary? Do they freak out and scream that the sky is falling? So ruling out a personal crisis, the best you can do is give them the benefit of the doubt while keeping AWALT in the back of your mind.

AWALT: ALL WOMEN ARE LIKE THAT. It's one of the main points of contention people have with this sub, which we defend by saying "it doesn't hurt to err on the side of caution". Does that mean she will branch swing on you? No. It means she's a woman and has the capacity to branch swing on you if the conditions are right. Does that mean that she will shit test you until you break? No. It means that if you can't handle yourself properly, she will most likely question your ability to retain her. Go for it, just remember - AWALT.

Think about your interactions.

Is she polite to you? Ie: she briefly answers your questions, occasionally says 'How bout you?'

Or does she actually initiate? Conversations, she leads interactions. Maybe she touches you.

If its more like the first, she's just not that into you. If its the second, she could be--but you have to be careful not to put yourself into a friendzone/orbiter.

If it's the second, start practicing more of an abundance mindset around her... see if her attitude and signals to you change or become stronger. If they don't, she's just being nice.

If here indications of interest aren't crystal clear, she's seeing you as "a friend". There should be little guess work if she thinks of you as a man worth fucking.
