My wife and I are going through an amicable divorce, utilizing mediation, and everything has been agreed upon thus far.

I was looking for your guidance on any special co-habitation language you had in your decree to end alimony payments. I suspect my wife won’t remarry for awhile, but will likely co-habitate much sooner than I will.

How have you worded language in your decree to cover this scenario better than the default approach, which I understand is usually difficult to prove/enforce.
