okay so I invented the theory, I am still coming up with terms to it but whatever.

the masculinity of a gentleman comes from two factors: the first factor is the amount of strong man that he defeated on the battlefield, in the bar, or in the streets, also counts if you bully or dominate or blackmail or threaten him into making the deal that you so desperately deserve. the second factor is the amount of beautiful women that you had sex with. when you do both of these things you feel gender Euphoria and you feel aligned with your masculine values. when you behave in an effeminate way or like a child and the covered and a virgin who got dumped, did you feel gender dysphoria and it causes great stress for you. this is the kind of feeling that a man goes through when a beautiful woman rejects or dumps or cheats on him. he feels that his masculinity is under attack. because gender is a very social role and thus cannot exist in a vacuum and the thus masculinity cannot exist in a vacuum from other men and other women. we are genetically predisposed to base ourselves on the perception of others at least sometimes and there is nothing shameful or bad about it. having some external and internal validation is very important for every man and every masculinity.

I need to invent better terms for these two words because people will confuse it with the actual transgender dysphoria. but that's for the later.

let's say that every girl has a value and let's say that your girl had a value of 1,000. while she was interested in you these points were assembled in a deposit system and you were about to have them. how about the transaction terminated for this or that reason and it has foiled your account that was supposed to have the money received from this deposit. so now the only way to gain your honor and masculinity back and good feelings too and come to terms with this is by the masculine solution of either having sex with an even more beautiful woman or defeating some strong man in a fight.
