Background, wife and I are working with a company in WA state to file an uncontested divorce. We are currently in the 90 day waiting period. Daughter is over 18 so no family plan.

Right now, we both have an agreement which we both feel is fair. Basically she gets my equity in the house (which is paid for) instead of spousal support. We are both holding onto our own retirement accounts and other liquid assets. All this is listed in the paperwork.

So, once we get the judges stamp that the divorce is final, could she ever go back and say, you know what, I deserve more of his 401k or his salary. How likely would that request be granted by the courts? I just want this all to be over with but I worry that she would be vindictive one day. Do I need to keep up my guard to protect my assets after the divorce is final?
