Does she know how sick? Does she want to come over to take care of you (let me make you soup, let me clean your place)? Or does she just want to hang out?

If she wants to take care of you its a good sign - perhaps let her come and make you soup or something - then just kick her out (i.e maintain frame - don't let her see you being too weak).

If she just wants to hang - its a shit test.

Maintain your frame even more than usual... I'd be very callous and demanding if I were in that same position. This is something I'd probably say (not exactly because it would come to be better in the moment).

100,000 years ago getting sick could easily be a death sentence. To survive a woman must be able to sus out when her man will no longer be able to provide for her and be able to jump ship with no reservations. What you guys had in the past will not defend her from the mountain lions outside the cave. Its a better bet to move on and find a guy who can protect her, than to throw her lot in with a male who is already sick. At the same time, the prehistoric woman cant survive if she jumps ship at the first sign of trouble. Thus, her hamster has one paw out the door, with an eye on a better deal, but still open to the possibility that you will recover. She doesn't love you. She loves that you make her feel safe, and horny, and whatever else. Stop evoking those feelings and she starts to shit test you to make sure you indeed have stopped being who she fell in love with. Fail the shit test (in this case confirm that you are physically weak and have lost your frame) and the love disappears.
