I lost my virginity at 19 and was pretty much in the same boat you are right now . Personally I just started cold approaching every single time I was at a bar , club or party . After a few months I was able to pull almost everytime I went to any of those places . Gaining experience helped to get rid of the stress surrounding the whole thing too . Best of luck my friend .

Bro I’m the same way just talk and fail and talk again the biggest thing with women is being persistent but not in a desperate manner as plan as I can put it. I lost my virginity at 21 and I don’t regret it at all, at first, I did think that I was too late and stuff. But now I’m sexually active with a gf that I love and I’m happy being with. Don’t rush it, improve your social skills and go to the gym, the gym does help but it’s not as important as harboring the way you approach and talk to people.

Most importantly, just try and fail as many times as needed.
